Welcome to KB Designs. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read these terms carefully, as they outline how we operate, what clients can expect, and the conditions under which we provide services.
All initial consultations are charged at a flat rate. This consultation is used to establish the project scope, style direction, and budget parameters.
KB Designs works with a trusted network of local vendors who may compensate us directly for coordinating their services and products.
If you choose to work with outside vendors not affiliated with KB Designs, a 10% coordination fee will be applied to the total cost of that portion of the project.
All designs, plans, mood boards, product selections, and contractor notes created by KB Designs remain the intellectual property of KB Designs.
If you choose to use your own contractors or vendors with materials, designs, or information provided by KB Designs, a $125/hour consulting rate will apply for design development, sourcing, coordination, and contractor meetings.
Clients who choose to move forward with KB Designs’ carefully selected team will only be billed for materials and labor associated with the project.
No additional design or coordination fees will be billed beyond materials and labor unless otherwise specified in writing.

Limitation of Liability: KB Designs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
Modifications: KB Designs reserves the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice.
Governing Law: These terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Missouri.
By using our website and engaging with KB Designs, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service.
